Robin Elowe helps clients navigate complex commercial litigation in both state and federal courts. Her practice encompasses a wide range of matters, including securities fraud, breach of contract, breach of fiduciary duty, and intellectual property. Robin's experience covers every phase of litigation, from prelitigation strategy and discovery to dispositive motion practice, trial preparation, and trial.
Robin began her career at Sachnoff & Weaver (now Reed Smith LLP) in Chicago, where she was a member of the Securities Litigation and Enforcement Group. There, Robin represented corporate officers and directors in SEC investigations and enforcement actions, including defending a former CFO against allegations of securities fraud that culminated in an 11-week jury trial. Throughout her time in Chicago, Robin maintained an active pro bono practice. After taking time off to raise her daughters, Robin has returned to the practice of law and looks forward to collaborating with her clients to achieve the best possible outcomes.
After surviving decades of Chicago winters, Robin now loves to make the most of her Boulder lifestyle with her family – hiking, skiing, swimming, and otherwise getting a healthy dose of Vitamin D. She is also an avid traveler and enjoys acting as an amateur travel agent for her family and friends.
